3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

99x09 is for adults aged 21 and above only. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.

• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on 99x09 are fully secure and processed through Bangladesh's leading mobile wallets.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• To cash out the bonus, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 15 times.
• The welcome bonus applies once only.
• Bets placed against the bonus may not count towards all games.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

5.3 VIP Program

The 99x09 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your regular activity and engagement on the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 99x09 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Our platform uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• Bets completed due to a technical error may be considered void.
• In the event of any ambiguity in the game rules, the decision of 99x09 is final.
• Placing multiple bets on the same outcome is permitted.

6.2 Sports Betting
